Following the government's announcement on February 8, 2021, health measures were relaxed. Here is some information about it:
Our sales and service departments:
• Sales Department: Our sales department has been open since February 8th.
• Drive tests: Since February 8, road tests are now allowed in compliance with health measures.
• Appointment Bookings: You can book an appointment for your repairs and mechanical maintenance, as usual, by contacting us at the telephone numbers 418-962-4475.
Measures implemented
Your health and safety are at the heart of our concerns. A strict protocol is currently in place so that all the health measures deployed are respected.
• Wearing a mask: Wearing a mask is mandatory for our staff but also for our customers. We, therefore invite you to wear a mask during your visit to our dealership to ensure everyone's safety.
• Traffic: Appointments have been planned to accommodate a maximum number of customers per day, allowing us to strictly comply with all preventive measures.
• Arrival at the dealership: A member of our team will welcome you and invite you to disinfect your hands. We will also take care of disinfecting your key.
• Queue: Distance discs are displayed on the floor in order to respect the recommended distances. We, therefore, respect the two meters of social distancing recommended by the National Institute of Public Health (INSPQ).
• Waiting area: If you wish to wait in our waiting area, our technical advisers will give you a number associated with a seat, asking you to always use the same seat until you leave the dealership. Each of these seats is thoroughly disinfected after your departure.
• Service counters: When your turn comes, a member of our team will invite you to join him at the counter. Our counters are fitted with Plexiglas.
• Common areas: Interior and exterior door handles, stair railings, seating areas, counters, etc. are disinfected regularly. It is forbidden to touch vehicles that are placed in the showroom.
• Maintenance and repair of your vehicle: Our teams take care to disinfect all surfaces of your vehicle (Including keys, door handles, steering wheel, gear lever, touch screen, accessories, trunk handle, plastic bags for tires, etc.). Repairs are then carried out and the same surface disinfection procedures are followed. Our technicians wash their hands regularly and work with gloves which are removed and changed between each vehicle.
If you have symptoms related to COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone with or symptomatic of covid-19, please do not come to a dealership. The same is true for people who have travelled outside the North Shore and have not completed the quarantine recommended by our region.
